I receive many questions about micromanagement from both male and female submissives and slaves alike. Many seem to ask Me what I like about micromanagement, what I would expect from them, and what I will or will not tolerate! Perhaps this will clarify a few things in order to assist you in finding the answers that you are looking for if you desire a place in My world.

As you may already have figured out, slave training means different things to Owners, submissives, and slaves alike. I Myself prefer to micromanage My slave which gives Me great pleasure indeed to say the least. When I have the total control that I need, want, and desire; then that is when I am at My most happiest and content.

There really is no hard and fast rules for slave training in the real world unless you are looking for fantasy instead of reality. If you are looking for fantasy, then I am definitely not looking for you! Having said that, micromanagement is pretty much an individual thing depending on your level of submission as well as your experience in the lifestyle.

There are a few things that you MUST learn if you are going to serve Me. Keep in mind that only a small part of this involves actually learning WHAT I expect you to do, and WHEN I expect you to do it. Most of your training will involve learning how to deal with these feelings that you are having deep down inside of you as well as the transformation that is taking place within you. What you must first learn, is to re-wire or re-program your brain to the knowledge that you exist for the purpose of making Me happy…period…!!!

This is part of what differentiates a submissive from a slave. What I mean by that statement is that a submissive DOES what I want; while a slave BECOMES what I want; its as simple as that! So I’ll break it down for you since this is an on-going process that is likely to occupy you as a slave or submissive for your entire life.

Keep in mind that I will expect you to become very observant as to what I like and don’t like; things I will tolerate or won’t tolerate, etc. This goes way beyond what I like in My coffee or what position I want you to assume when either I approach you or you approach Me. I don’t want a mindless useless puppet. I actually prefer you at times to suggest that it would be nice to go out for brunch on a Saturday or Sunday morning or what movie it would be nice to enjoy in the evening. This does not necessarily mean that I will permit or accept your suggestion. It only means that I MAY welcome your idea or I will tell you that W/we are going to be doing something completely different instead.

In a nut shell, this means that I will totally take control of every aspect of your life from when you sleep, what you eat, what you watch, right to learning to accept the idea of having your paycheck sent directly to the bank without you even knowing how much it was worth. All of this takes trust! Trust knowing that I will make good sound decisions for you, take care of all the bills, safely; sanely; consensually enslave you ensuring that you are all that you can be to meet the potential slave that I know you are capable becoming!

In turn, I too must learn to trust you in that your servitude is real and that you are indeed what I need and deserve. I do not want a wannabe slave that hopes to live out a fantasy! If W/we click then that is certainly all the better! Personally, I do not care what you look like, don’t care about your age, financial status, etc. What I do care about is how well you will serve Me and how seriously you will take your enslavement! Like I have said before, I am much more interested in an obedient slave than I am a good looking disobedient one! you Must learn to accept that I will always be in control and therefore you will learn to watch the TV shows of My choice without complaining, even if you think they are silly or boring. you will learn to love the foods that I love, or anything else that I desire you to be trained in.

Just because you are a slave does not mean that you are not an intelligent person! I know that you have a brain, so therefore I want you to use it! I will not spoon feed you everything that I feel you should be doing for Me. If I did indeed want that then I would have a four legged pet instead of a two legged one…!!!

I will expect you to be creative, and to take some initiative to figure out for yourselves what you like and don’t like. And, believe me, If I don’t like something…I certainly will let you know…

If you were Mine and lived as My 24/7 slave, then I would actually expect you to behave like any other couple when you are with Me in the vanilla world. I certainly would not expect you to kneel at My feet while you eat, unless I am your meal! I will have the final say on what W/we do as a couple in what you can or can not do! your purpose is to understand what I want you to be and be able to figure out for yourself what that is.

I will expect you to become very observant and pay attention to the subtle signs that I give you. When I smile, you will know and understand that I am pleased with your servitude. When I give you a stern look, you had best put your best foot forward to ensure that you do not repeat the same mistake again or you will be punished. And to Me punishment is just that…Punishment, so trust Me, it is not something that you will want to endure again since a punishment will not be an enjoyable experience!

At times, you may need to try and figure out what it is that I want instead of just waiting around for something to happen; your procrastination may cause you due heartache because you did not take the time to see what it was that I needed! I will not waste My time dictating every action to you. If I have to do this, then you are not serving Me and are causing Me more grief then assistance. In essence this would mean that I am serving you instead of you serving Me and trust Me, and I don’t have a submissive bone in My body…!!!

As you well know, I am a Dominant Mistress…a Goddess that first experienced scat play many years ago at a very young age. I have received many responses and comments about My slave hp. I am very pleased with these responses and welcome any comments that you may have. This is something that I found on collarme written by a submissive. I found it was worth putting onto My blog. The only thing that I think that he neglected to mention as far as I am concerned is that once a submissive or slave is permitted into My world…he has to continue to keep Me interested in him…I hope that you enjoy it…

What can a sub have to offer a dominant woman?  (a response)Here’s some advice from someone who’s been around the block a few times (translation: my mommy still won’t let me cross the street).

You first of all have to figure out what it is you have to offer. What separates you from the crowd? This stumps a lot of submissives, but I’ll let you in on a few secrets that don’t work, then we’ll go into some things that might work. Keep in mind that what I state here may be helpful to some, but you should never by lying about your abilities in hopes of achieving something because you’ll ALWAYS be found out, and you’ll never get a second chance.

What doesn’t work:
1. Anatomy. Pictures of, descriptions of, fingerpaints about, Van Gogh-styled carvings of exact representations of genitalia should be the first thing you NEVER consider one of your strong points. If you’re writing to a dominant woman, she already has enough of these types of inquiries from guys that she’s going to go through the roof with anger if you send her another.

2. Don’t tell her your a dom who has suddenly decided to offer her the unique opportunity of dominating someone who is not a submissive. Unless she knows you are already and has harbored a secret desire to dominate you, because she knows you’re a dominant she wants to break down, it’s never going to work.

3. Lying. One lie and you’re pretty much gone. You’ll rarely get a second chance.

4. Passive-aggressive behavior. No one likes this. I’ve been there myself in the past. Took years to get rid of it.

5. Taking yourself way too seriously. In MOST cases (not all), you really need a sense of humor about things. I was once cleaning a bathroom for a dominant woman I was really trying to win favor with, and I didn’t know the first thing about the word “dilution”, so I poured half the bottle on the floor and created the stickiest situation a submissive can ever be in. She was in the middle of doing a very long session and had left me alone. So, for four hours, I kept trying to figure out how to fix this mess I made. When she came out, and I completely expected her to yell at me and throw me out, she asked what happened, I told her, and she started laughing (in a good way). Surprisingly, I did, too, because for four hours I was convinced this was going to be the worst encounter ever, because I really liked her. Everything turned out okay. Sure, I had to still make it right, but at least she told me how to do it (fortunately, I’m a bit smarter about such things today than I was back then).

6. Playing games to get what you really want. Way too many do this. Don’t. Be honest. Tell her what you’re seeking. If it’s what she thinks is something that might interest her, it will work out. Sometimes, she’ll not be all that interested but now that she knows, she might one day use it as some kind of leverage with you or way of rewarding you, or something to keep from you forever because she’s mean and vicious and…and…oh sorry, was getting kind of excited there.

What you should do (what you really asked):
1. Assess yourself. What do you know how to do? Are you great with computers? Can you put them together blindfolded (don’t tell her that because she just might have you do it that way)? Are you great at massage? Have you been trained to do something she might find useful, like research or legal issues? Can you cook? Do you detail cars? Do you fix cars? Everyone has things he or she excels at. Find those, and you have something she wants. Cunnilingus is NOT the kind of skill you want to advertise. Nor is full body worship or sex.

2. Use common sense. If you were her, what would you want? Read what she writes. Does she complain because she can’t find a good cup of coffee? Find her a good cup of coffee. Or be able to make one.

3. Remember that she’s a real person. Too many submissives fail here. Miserably. They treat her as a goddess or some untouchable persona, and while she may warrant such admiration and respect, keep in mind that she’s also a real person. Should you ever interest such a woman, remember that she’s probably a lot more comfortable in her fuzzy slippers than she is in high heeled boots and full dominant regalia. Some guys can’t get beyond that, or they pretend to but really are just fetishist in nature.

4. Figure out what you actually want from her and see if that somehow coincides with her desires. I’ll be honest with you. I rarely pursue anyone, mainly because I spend a great deal of time finding everything out about her I can, and then I try to see how I would best fit into her life. If I don’t see a fit, I generally don’t make contact. I realize that I don’t want to be there if I’m not going to be useful, wanted and needed.

5. Learn as much about her as possible. That at least shows you that you’re really interested in her and not in just some generic dominant woman. This can backfire on you, however, as I discovered when I really went out and discovered everything I could about a woman I was interested in some years ago. I found out what she was studying and read all of her interviews about what she was seeking. I did this to determine whether or not I was right for her, and I came away from that research convinced that I was. During our first encounter, I sort of freaked her out, probably leaving her thinking I was some kind of stalker. So be careful about how you do it. Know her well enough to find out if you are compatible, but don’t go overboard enough to scare the crap out of her. It didn’t get that bad in the example I used; but I certainly realized it could have.

Being a Dominant Mistress is a state of mind. It is not a sex act, it is not a game, and it is not a role. It is a state of being.
First and foremost, I am always a Lady. There is no excuse for being impolite or rude to others. Save this for the submissive that needs and requires this of Me.
Second, I must always be in control. Drugs, even alcohol, are mind and body controlling agents. They affect relationships and most importantly can affect a scene, therefore taking away the control that I MUST have.
Third, I am always honest. To lie is to show that I cannot be trusted and a submissive must be able to trust and respect Me. I am honest with My submissive/slave about My level of experience, and I will gain more experience with him, totally enjoying the learning process. I tell a submissive up-front that I do not wish a monogamous relationship. Most submissives understand and even expect this of Me. I may not get “that” submissive but I will not lose his respect either.
Fourth, I accept responsibility for all of My actions. Everyone makes mistakes. I will do what is needed to make amends, and correct it. I will accept and admit the fact that I messed up. To seek an excuse for something going wrong or hurting someone would cause you to lose respect for Me.
Fifth, I expect respect but I do not demand it. I do not demands strangers to call Me Mistress, respect is earned over time. Demanding that a submissive/slave call Me Mistress means nothing and is only a word that when not earned is meaningless which makes Me appear to others as a petty childish fool. Those that know Me and respect Me will call Me Mistress when I have earned it, not before. When addressing other Dominants. I am not Their Mistress, I am their equal. I would never DEMAND them too ever call Me Mistress. I call them by their first name as do they.
Sixth, I know and understand the differences between needs, desires and wants. A submissive may want a 24/7 relationship with an understanding Mistress, desire a short relationship with a crude rude person, or need to session with an understanding yet cruel Mistress.

My duty as a Mistress is to control My emotions. To punish a submissive in anger or to lash out to anyone is abusive.
It is My duty as a Mistress to remember that submission is a gift. To misuse this gift is abusive. When the submissive is not free to take back what he has said by proving it to Me or voice his opinion to Me, the gift is no longer a gift.
It is My duty to watch over and protect all submissives/slaves. This does not mean to protect them from finding another Mistress and to keep him for Myself.
It is My duty to take only a submissive that will match/compliment Me. A submissive that is not into whips should not belong to Me as a 24/7/365 because I love to whip submissives.
It is My Duty to take only the amount of submissives that I can properly handle, control, love, comfort and care for. I would never keep a submissive hanging, giving him false hopes. I would instead free and release the submissive so he can get along with finding the right Mistress to suit his wants, needs, and desires.
It is My duty to watch and monitor any scene carefully and to ensure the submissive is not being harmed either physically, mentally, or emotionally and to do after scene care including after scene conversations. At any time the slightest thing can go wrong and the scene is ruined for the submissive and pleasure becomes actual pain.
It is My duty to ensure the submissive is emotionally stable after a scene . During a scene the submissive is filled with hormones and endorphins. Afterwards the body reduces them and may cause severe depression to the extent of being suicidal. The submissive must be made to understand the depression and or emotional release is normal and expected. Normal emotions will return in hours to a day. Anything longer is a sign of emotional instability in the submissive and must be corrected before doing another scene. I am a Mistress, and yet, I can also experience this depression after a high from the scene. Each reacts differently some stay high for weeks and when they come down, they seek the scene again to regain the high. This also can lead to problems such as longer, more intense and dangerous scenes, with unknown Dominants.
It is My duty to know and understand what the needs, desires and wants of a submissive are. Failure to do so may harm the submissive emotionally and mentally.
It is My responsibility if I can, to insure that an un-owned submissive/slave that comes under My Dominance is guided to a Dominant Mistress/Master that is suited to that submissive’s wants, needs and desires.
It is My responsibility to insure that the submissive knows what being abusive is. To insure this is to insure the submissive knows when to call it quits, use a safe word, or to walk/run away from an abusive Dominant.
It is My responsibility to ensure the submissive knows what its rights are. It is My responsibility to teach the submissive information about the Lifestyle. The best method is to teach the submissive how to acquire this information and where he can get it. An ignorant submissive can be an embarrassment to a Mistress.
It is My responsibility to insure the submissive grows and develops under My ownership, in both the lifestyle and vanilla life (i.e., job and family). Being submissive only means being a “doormat” when the submissive has made it clear that it is what he is looking for.

For Me to allow a submissive to be actually harmed in ANY way is dishonorable.
For Me to allow a submissive’s rights to be violated is dishonorable.
For Me to play with and discard a submissive just for My amusement is dishonorable (exception is a submissive/client that has declared this is the treatment that he needs).
Unless the submissive has declared himself to be un-owned, another Dominants interference in a relationship is dishonorable.
To chase after or scene with Another’s submissive without the other Dominants permission and full knowledge is dishonorable.

No Mistress, Master, or Dominant can be expected to live up to the above 100% of the time, however, others will respect Me for trying and the harder I try, the more respect that they will have for Me and My submissive/slave

    After many requests from clients, submissives, slaves, etc. about what it would be like to live under My rule. I thought it would be nice to give him a taste becoming My Property, a taste of being owned by Me as chattel. I thought…that would be nice for a local submissive/slave, but what about those who are far away…??? he could be local, somewhere in Canada, in the United States, or even abroad…!!! he is looking for a vacation, but not a vanilla vacation; a BDSM Vacation…!!!

Then I thought this property would not really get to know what it is like if he is on vacation staying in a luxury hotel, and trying to serve Me as a lowly slave should. It would not have the full effect that I would desire and would be more like role play. How could I make it more genuine?

I know…!!! I would hold him captive in My basement at My disposal, for My amusement, taking total control of him. I could really get into his head; into his slave heart.
